Meet Your Technician
Kiomy Arce
Top lash bar is a boutique style lash studio. Located in Buford, Ga. Owner Kiomy Arce provides all the treatments and services.
My experience started in 2011. I had the great pleasure to graduate from Paul Mitchell The School. After some time I became certified in lash extensions and have been a specialist in lash extensions since 2015. I’ve always known I’ve had a passion and love for skin care and beauty treatments. In 2018 I got my esthetics license and have been providing services like permanent make up, facials, peels, waxing, brow lamination and brow tints and teeth whitening. I know the importance of keeping up with new styles and trends. I believe in the importance of knowledge and I aim to educate my clients to the latest beauty treatments and trends. Every appointment will include a thorough consultation to get to know the specific clients needs to tailor and customize their service depending on lifestyle and needs.
CHILDREN AND GUESTS
No children or guests may be brought to your appointment. Due to the nature of services, children are not allowed in the treatment room, and may not be left unattended.
OUTSIDE WORK
I do offer foreign fill ins from a previous last artist.
Be sure to book under foreign fill that you would like, classic, hybrid, volume or mega volume
Policies
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment or the appointment will be lost. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than after the 48 hours notice will result in a loss of deposit. No shows will be charged at 100% of the service cost. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
SICK/FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of mine and other clients, please do not come to your appointment sick, or your appointment may be cut short or canceled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance for last-minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. There are NO exceptions for no-shows, this only applies to late cancellations.
